One person is dead and others injured after a stabbing at a medical clinic in Calgary,

According to police, a man walked into the clinic in the Central Landmark building on Centre Street in the northwest carrying a knife and "several" people have been stabbed.

Police have closed the southbound lanes of Centre Street North between 16th Avenue and 13th Avenue.
