At least 19 people were killed in a helicopter crash on Russia's Yamal peninsula in the Arctic
RIA Novosti reported that 21 people were killed as the Mi-8 helicopter, which was carrying 22 passengers and three crew, made a crash landing.
Rescuers found both of the copter's black boxes "in good condition."
The injured passenger communicated by cell phone with Russian Emergencies Ministry rescuers, who took hours to reach the site in the remote area.
