Attack on Luhansk border guards HQ starts at 0030 hrs and contiues with 200-400 terrorists participating

According to terorists (not confirmed officially) rocket from airplane (but it could be blast by other weapon)  hits Luhansk city centre, killing at least 7.

Video analysis later confirms, that rocket was launhed by terorists from the ground, not from the airplane:

According to report of Ukrainian militia, rocket was shot from ground near of Doneck administration to hit airplane, but hit air conditioneer in this house 4th floor. Probably rocket was equiped with infrared sensor and by mistake hit closest heat source (equipment).
