Death toll from gas explosion in Noginsk, Russia - 7 people dead.

On September 8 the explosion destroyed 3 floors in the 9-story residential building in the Noginsk, Russia.

Rescue teams found 7 bodies under the debris. Officials said 17 people were injured.

Personnel from the Emergencies Ministry continue to search for more possible victims.
