Samvel Mnatsyan (5 March 1990 – 6 October 2019) was a Russian professional ice hockey defenceman. He played for HC Sibir Novosibirsk in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL).
Mnatsyan played with HC Kladno in the Czech Extraliga during the 2010–11 Czech Extraliga season.
After three seasons with Admiral Vladivostok, Mnatsyan left following the 2017–18 campaign, signing as a free agent to a two-year contract with HC Sibir Novosibirsk on May 26, 2018.
