In January 1945 they took to flight to Luckenwalde (near Berlin), where he worked again as a druggist.
In 1948 divorced & went to Eibenstock, working as a druggist for WISMUT, the Russo-Eastgerman trust to dig uranium ore.
09.10.1956. died in Eibenstock/Erzgebirge/GDR
