Piotr Andriushchenko, advisor to the mayor of #Mariupol, reports that #Russian General Oleg Tsokov was killed in occupied #Berdiansk.
Tsokov served as commander of the heavily battered 144th Guards Motor Rifle Division. He was reportedly wounded at Svatove last autumn.
