Edmond Barthélemy (* Tuesday, 28.09.1909 in the zodiac sign Libra   -  † 09.1942)

French chess player and chess composer

Edmond Barthélemy was a good chess player and a specialist of the modern strategic chess problem. He was the editor of numerous chess columns (such as "Le Miroir du Monde" or "Le Salut Public") and was the vice-president of the French chess problemists union. He also wrote "Galerie des Problémistes de France" (1942).
