Arthur William Daniel

Arthur William Daniel (England, 30.09.1878 - 13.02.1955)

Chess player and chess composer of problems and endgame studies

Born in Stoke-on-Trent.

He was Pharmaceutical as profession.

He began to compose at twenty years of age and managed to create throughout his life about 1750 problems of various genres.

In 1945 he was elected president of the "British Chess Problem Society".
