Outstanding chess composer in the field of endgame studies
Life
He was born and lived all his life in Kharkiv. As a child at age 10 in an accident lost both hands.
He lived together with his mother.
Chess and chess composing
In his youth, he fulfilled the norm of the 1st rank in chess.
The first chess study published in 1961.
And in his debut-Union championship 1966-1967 took 11th place.
5 member of the finals of Union championships, the best results in 1983 and 1984 - twice the 7th place.
But according to current regulations he had only the title of candidate for master of chess composition.
In the 1970 years - a four-time champion of Ukraine.
He corresponded with V.Korolkov and G.Kasparyan, as well as Anatoly Kuznetsov called Stanislav Belokon - chess nugget.
He was twice the prize-winner of the all-Union team championships as part of the Ukrainian team.
36 chess studies composed by him are selected by Peter Siegfried Krug on the Dutch Website ARVES.
