He was married to Gabriella Merolli Cipriani (* 12.02.1918 - †  05.07.1964). Vincenzo Cipriani came from Ceccano. He ran an upholstery store in Viale Parioli 91 in Rome with up to 10 other employees. Among them was his sister Maria Cipriani, who worked as a seamstress. Vincenzo Cipriani spent the last years of his life in an old people's home. In the end, he could no longer remember all of his own children. He suffered from Alzheimer's disease. His 3 sisters were called: Maria Cipriani (* 30.09.1920 - † 2010), Filomena Cipriani ( 06.04.1908 -  † 28.07.1988) and Maria Cipriani.
