Bill star Jane Hayward died aged 69 after being dragged under double-decker bus - while horrified passengers shouted at the driver to stop.
The 69-year-old actress, who had been in a 1988 episode of The Bill as well as several films - including 2018's My Month With Mrs Potter - had been walking down the High Street of Rickmansworth in the afternoon of June 15, 2019, when she was struck by the Arriva bus.
