Mordvichev Andrey Nikolaevich was born on January 14, 1976

In 2011, with the rank of colonel, he was appointed commander of the 4th separate tank brigade.

In 2017, he was the head of the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk garrison, hosted the Victory Parade in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk as commander of the 68th Army Corps and in the rank of major general.

In 2018 he commanded the Victory Parade in Novosibirsk

He was chief of staff of the 41st Combined Arms Army.

On May 9, 2021, he was the commander of the parade in Volgograd, being the first deputy commander of the eighth combined arms army of the Southern Military District

According to preliminary information from the Ukrainian side, he died on March 18, 2022
