Conrad Robert von Sengbusch (also Konrad Robert von Sengbusch) was a Baltic German architect who worked, among other things, as the assistant city architect of Tartu and the acting architect of the University of Tartu.
Biography
He studied at Tallinn Gymnasium and from 1867 to 1871 at Karlsruhe Polytechnic , then worked on German railways.
In 1875 he came to Riga, where he studied at Riga Polytechnic . However, in 1876 he abandoned his studies and moved to Tartu to become an assistant to the city architect.
In 1877, Sengbusch passed the professional examination at the Construction Committee of the Ministry of the Interior of the Russian Empire.
From 1878 to 1880 , he was an acting architect and teacher of architectural art at the University of Tartu.
