Andris Siliņš

Andris Siliņš was born 22.02.1943. in Latvia, Valmiera district, Jeru parish. Farmerand participated in different activities in the territory of Latvia until 2003. He was farmer, Valka parish council chairman (1994-2001). In Soviet time he was colective farms "Leņina ceļš" and "Lugaži" chairman.
