SS-Obersturmbannführer Johannes Thümmler condemned 100 Polish prisoners of Auschwitz to death
SS-Obersturmbannführer Johannes Thümmler condemned 100 Polish prisoners of Auschwitz to death by firing squad. This was the last police summary court of the Kattowitz Gestapo which took place in block 11 in Auschwitz I camp.
These 100 prisoners were to be put to death the next day. They were among the last to be executed at Auschwitz
