In the fight for the freedom of Ukraine against the Russian Horde, a legionnaire of the Kharkiv branch of the Century, a fighter of the reconnaissance and sabotage special unit "Hatred" in the 1st storm battalion of the 3rd OShBr, a Latvian volunteer - Nikita Tarenovs "Latvian" fell.

In his free time, he was engaged in knife fighting, boxing, tactics and tactical medicine.

He was going to serve in Latvia. But everything changed, and he went to Ukraine.

The path to Ukraine began in 2017 - when he joined the Kharkiv branch. Within the framework of the organization, he met "X" and "Malish", with whom he later founded the "Knife Cult" branch for the study of the Italian knife fighting style.

In 2019, the Nord Storm organization was created on the basis of this branch, uniting Straight Edge supporters.

In addition to training, the guys actively hunted supporters of the "Russian world" and fought against the addiction of the Ukrainian nation to alcohol, closing drinking establishments in various districts of Kharkiv.

When the full-scale war began, he continued to fight for Ukraine, still without citizenship.

On February 24, 2022, he defended Kharkiv, liberating the Kharkiv region as part of the Kraken special unit of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense. He also fought in the Kherson direction and participated in the liberation of Kherson.

Later, he joined the reconnaissance and sabotage special unit as part of the 1st storm battalion of the 3rd infantry brigade.

On May 14, 2025, in the battle in the Kharkiv direction, successfully repelling the enemy offensive, a Latvian citizen was wounded. During the evacuation, he and his comrade were killed in an enemy drone attack.
