Spensers Treisijs (angļu: Spencer Bonaventure Tracy, dzimis 1900. gada 5. aprīlī Milvoki, miris 1967. gada 10. jūnijā Beverlihilsā) bija ASV aktieris. Filmējies 74 filmās no 1930. līdz 1967. gadam. 1937. un 1938. gadā ieguva Amerikas Kinoakadēmijas balvu kā labākais aktieris.
Pazīstama ir Spensera Treisija piedalīšanās kinorežisora Stenlija Krāmera filmās 20. gadsimta vidū, piemēram, 1960. gada filmā "...tas vētru pļaus" (Inherit the Wind) un 1961. gada filmā "Nirnbergas prāva" (Judgment at Nuremberg).
